SHIPPING POLICY

INFFTRU provides FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders(except for the United States) in selected countries.

Friendly Reminder: Due to U.S. customs duties, orders shipped to the U.S. are not available for the free shipping promotion. A shipping fee of $15 per order will apply.

- Standard Shipping orders will be delivered within 10-15 business days.

- For in-stock items, please expect an additional 1-3 days of warehouse processing time for the total delivery estimates.

RETURN POLICY

- We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

- We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after delivery of the product. We offer free return within 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
